About the producer
Heather and Jennifer of Rustic Puff have always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for creating something that was all theirs. Once Jennifer created their first marshmallow they were hooked. The art of creating the marshmallow was the spark: a little of this, a dash of that, a few ounces of patience and voila--culinary perfection! Ok, so maybe it isn't that easy. There is a bit of science involved, lots of trial and error--Oh! and a whole lot of "thinking outside the box"! And then the fun begins, observing the reaction they get from first timers tasting their marshmallows. The looks of satisfaction, joy and utter amazement that something so small could pack so much delicious flavor! They use mostly organic ingredients and make all their creations by hand.
