Perfect Plum Popsicles

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 cups organic plums

3 tablespoons sugar

1/8 teaspoon almond extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Carefully remove the pits and chop the plums into small chunks. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend well. Pour into popsicle molds (or plastic cups) and freeze until solid (approximately 4 hours).
