Watermelon Mango Salsa

A little sweet and spicy, this cool and crisp salsa is delicious on chips, crackers or tacos.


serves a crowd


3 limes

2 tablespoons honey

½ teaspoon sea salt

¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper

3 cups watermelon, seeded and diced small

1 cucumber, diced small

1 mango, peeled and diced small

1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely minced

2 garlic cloves, finely minced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

¼ cup cilantro or basil leaves, finely chopped



In a large bowl, stir together the zest from one lime and the juice from all 3 limes (¼ cup juice), honey, salt and pepper.

Add the watermelon, cucumber, mango, jalapeno, garlic, onion and basil or cilantro and toss gently.

Chill the salsa until ready to serve.

Serve with your favorite chips or crackers, or even on tacos.
