INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, stir together the zest from one lime and the juice from all 3 limes (¼ cup juice), honey, salt and pepper.
Add the watermelon, cucumber, mango, jalapeno, garlic, onion and basil or cilantro and toss gently.
Chill the salsa until ready to serve.
Serve with your favorite chips or crackers, or even on tacos.
