Oven-Roasted Corn on the Cob with Garlic Butter

What's better on corn than butter? Garlic butter.

SERVING SIZE

serves 6

INGREDIENTS

½ cup (1 stick) butter, softened *plus more for garnish

2 garlic cloves, finely minced

½ teaspoon salt

⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

6 corn cobs, husked

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

In a small bowl, cream together the butter, garlic, salt and pepper.

Spread the butter mixture over each corn cob, then wrap them in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.

Roast the corn for 30 minutes, turning them over after 15 minutes.

Take out the corn and open the foil on top to expose the corn. Turn the oven to broil and place the corn back in. Broil on high for 2-3 minutes.

Serve.
