
This plum parfait makes a delicious and filling breakfast.
INSTRUCTIONS
In a tall glass or mason jar, pour half of the granola into the bottom of the glass. Layer with half of the yogurt. Add half of the sliced plums or pluots, then repeat the layers with the granola and yogurt again.
Put the rest of the plums or pluots on top and drizzle with honey. Add a handful of pistachios (or other nut) on top. Dig in!
