Sauteed mustard greens have a great flavor on their own, but the addition of hot sauce takes them to a whole new level! Serve these spicy greens as a side to pretty much any dish.
INSTRUCTIONS
Thoroughly rinse and dry the mustard greens. Tear the leaves from the stems and roughly chop.
In the largest saute pan you have, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Saute the garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add in as many of the mustard greens as you can fit at one time. Pour in the water and hot sauce and toss the mustard greens with tongs until softened enough to fit the rest of the mustard greens. Keep tossing until softened, about 2 minutes total. Season with salt to taste.
