Crusty Garlic and Herb Bread

There aren't many things better than fresh garlic bread. And garlic bread goes with pretty much any dish. Recipe from Food Network.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup softened, unsalted butter

6 garlic cloves, peeled and minced

1 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan

1 teaspoon rosemary, minced

1 teaspoon thyme, minced

1 teaspoon oregano, minced

1 loaf sourdough bread or French baguette

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. To a food processor, add the softened butter, garlic, cheese and herbs. Pulse until well combined.

Slice the bread into 1-inch thick slices. Spread the butter mixture onto one side of each slice. Arrange the slices, butter side up, and bake in the oven until lightly toasted, about 5 to 8 minutes.
