Roasted Cauliflower with Fresh Herbs

The fresh herbs add the perfect touch to this roasted cauliflower dish!

INGREDIENTS

1 head cauliflower

2 teaspoons olive oil

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, minced

1 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced

1 teaspoon fresh sage, minced

salt and pepper to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the cauliflower into small florets, removing the stem end and green leaves.

Place the cauliflower in a roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat. Sprinkle on the herbs and salt and pepper and stir or toss to combine. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and beginning to brown. Remove from the oven and serve.
