Always an excellent source of protein, Island Spring Tofu can be used as a substitute in many recipes to replace meats, cheeses and even eggs. Tofu will take on any flavor that it is mixed with, so cook it in your favorite sauces and season with spices. After opening, unused portions of tofu should be kept in a clean, reusable container, covered with water and stored in your refrigerator.
